The Wrap

Today’s edition by: Cat Gillihan

A new troll from Danish artist Thomas Dambo is stomping into Charlotte this November, expanding his largest North American installation with five pieces already in Raleigh and more coming to High Point and Asheville.

I recently visited the five trolls that were just built in Raleigh’s Dorothea Dix Park — and they’re every bit as magical as you’d imagine. There are a few tickets left to Dambo’s artist talk this Thursday, Nov. 6.
One of Thomas Dambo's troll sculptures in the middle of the woods — the giant wooden troll is lying down.

You can now find five trolls at Dorothea Dix Park in Raleigh.
