Midwood Elementary School on Central Avenue is being demolished to be transformed into a seven-story, 314-apartment building. The new development will feature a mix of studios, one-, two-, and three-bedroom units + a rooftop lounge, a library, and on-site parking. Construction is expected to wrap in 2028.
