Planning a quick getaway? Swiftstay can help.

Swiftstay recently launched in Charlotte and several other cities. It’s a private member’s club for home exchange where guests just pay a cleaning fee.

Ever wanted to take a spontaneous weekend trip, but couldn’t find an affordable option on short notice? Enter: Swiftstay, a home exchange club in Charlotte where guests only pay cleaning costs to spend a weekend away.

How does it work?

Swiftstay is based off of a credit system. Every member starts with three credits (one credit = one night).

  • Every home is one credit per night — no matter how big or small.
  • You can travel for three nights before listing your home + you receive more credits once your home is listed. Swiftstay also provides linens, toiletries, and cleaning crew.
  • Members get .2 credits per night for listing and one credit per night a user books their home.

What’s the cost?

The membership is $300 a year but Swiftstay is waiving the first-year membership fee for folks who apply + get accepted in July, as part of its founding memberships. This means you get to travel for the weekend for the price of the cleaning fee, which ranges $99-$150 per booking.
