Luxury apartments unveiled at Queensbridge Collective

Apartments at The Vivian provide sweeping skyline views of Uptown and South End, while soon becoming home to a MICHELIN-recommended steakhouse, coffee shop, and more.

More than 400 apartments are open at The Vivian, the luxury apartments that are part of Queensbridge Collective, the $700 million mixed-use development at the edge of Uptown and South End.

The Vivian stands 42-stories tall, offering studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, plus retail on the first floor and MICHELIN-recommended Guard and Grace coming to its 10th floor this fall.

Fun fact: This apartment building is now the second-tallest residential building in the Carolinas.

Inside the apartments, residents will find floor-to-ceiling windows, designer kitchens, spa-like bathrooms, and oversized balconies. Community amenities include coworking spaces, a rooftop pool, a game lounge with a golf simulator, parking, and proximity to Uptown and South End. Did we mention skyline views?

Editor Maria, here. I have been following this project for years and can’t wait to see both Queensbridge towers completed by 2028.
