Get ready to sample your fill of Charlotte’s best barbecue. Four pitmasters from across the Queen City are partnering for the Pig Pickin’, a Carolina BBQ Festival event that celebrates the “whole hog” tradition. The party kicks off at 12 p.m. this Sunday, Oct. 19, at Mac’s Speedshop in South End.
