From rendering to reality. The second phase of the $245 million Re!magine Spectrum Center project is complete, giving sports fans and concertgoers an improved experience, just in time for the Spectrum Center‘s 20th anniversary, fall concert lineup, and the Hornets’ 2025-2026 season.

“We are looking fabulous,” Donna Julian, Hornets Sports and Entertainment’s Chief Venues Officer, told CLTtoday. “We wanted this to elevate our guest experience for all of our fans who are coming in.”

Experience Appalachia’s rich musical traditions at “The Asheville Sessions: Celebrating 100 years of Americana & Appalachia,” Thursday, Nov. 6-Sunday, Nov. 9, with panels + performances throughout Asheville.

100 years after “The Asheville Sessions” in 1925, where Asheville became the first Appalachian city to record country music at a makeshift downtown studio, the city is once again bringing Blue Ridge voices together.

The weekend is highlighted by a concert at Thomas Wolfe Auditorium on Saturday, Nov. 8 featuring talented local artists.
