It’s almost time to booty. Riders are gearing up for 24 Hours of Booty 2024. The annual cycling event in the Myers Park neighborhood is set for Friday, July 26-Saturday, July 27.
Registration is still open for anyone interested in riding.
What is 24 Hours of Booty?
This is a 24-hour-long party with a meaningful cause. The inaugural ride was held in 2002 when Charlotte attorney Spencer Lueders sought to raise awareness for cancer through a cycling event. It has since become one of the Queen City’s biggest annual events.
Editor’s note: Organizers stress this is a charity ride — not a race — so participants can ride or walk as much or as little as they like.
Not able to ride? No worries. Volunteers are needed to help with event check-in, hydration stations, and entertainment in the kid zone, and more.
