Speaking of hiking, I recently went on a trip with my buddies to Stone Mountain State Park in Roaring Gap, North Carolina. You’ll certainly get a nice leg-day workout. I’m planning my next trip to see elk out at Cataloochee in the Great Smoky Mountains.
