The great outdoors

The Kimbrell Lost Hollow Children’s Garden is growing to include a brand new 0.5-mile kids’ Adventure Trail and Prairie Castle Playground, set to open in June.

The conservancy also looks to elevate visitors’ outdoor experience with a new fishing pier being installed and the return of the annual Race Series for all you avid runners out there.

Come celebrate

Daniel Stowe is celebrating its next chapter with a weekend-long party. Your Path to Spring kicks off Friday, April 18-Sunday, April 20.

Friday and Saturday will have guided educational trail walks to explore renovated trails, live music, crafts for kids, and more. The weekend culminates with Spring Trails and Cottontails — an Easter celebration with games and crafts for kids, live rabbits, and chances to enjoy the gardens and celebrate spring.
