Whether you’re into walking, running, or dancing across the finish line, here’s a list of races taking place this spring.

Lace up your shoes and get ready to run, jog, or walk for a cause this spring. We’ve rounded up six upcoming races to compete in across the Queen City.

Note: All listed times are the race start times.

Bunny Run 5K and Festival | Saturday, April 19 | 9 a.m. | Fifth Third Bank - Downtown Concord | $25 | Race along McCachern Boulevard before partying at the festival with live music, food trucks, arts, and meeting the Easter Bunny.

Elizabeth 8K Road Race | Saturday, April 26 | 8 a.m. | 1515 Bartow Ct., Charlotte | $30+ | Consider running or taking an untimed 1.5-mile tour of one of Charlotte’s oldest neighborhoods with proceeds benefiting the beautification of the neighborhood and TreesCharlotte.

The Loop 5K | Sunday, April 27 | 8 a.m. | 2101 Rexford Rd. | $45 | The inaugural race through SouthPark sends runners through a 3.1-mile urban trail before celebrating with music, food vendors, and family activities.

Detective Mike Doty Memorial Run | Saturday, May 3 | 8 a.m. | Winthrop Lake, Rock Hill, SC | $25+ | Run to remember Det. Mike Doty, a fallen York County officer + proceeds benefit Keystone, a nonprofit providing substance abuse education, prevention, and treatment services.

Time Laps | May 16-17 | 7 p.m. | US National Whitewater Center | $150 | Run through forested trails during this 24-hour race.

NoDa 5K | Saturday, May 31 | 6 p.m. | NoDa Brewing | $40+ | Dash through the historic arts and entertainment district before celebrating with craft beer and food.

Bonus: Tunnel to Towers Climb | Sunday, April 27 | 9 a.m. | Bank of America Stadium | $25+ | The eighth annual climb retraces the steps of Sept. 11 first responders + honors fallen local law enforcement officers.
