Carolina Ascent FC is looking to end their regular inaugural season on a high note — with a final home game win tomorrow, May 17 against Tampa Bay Sun FC (you’re on, TBAYtoday) — clenching home-field advantage for the first-ever USL Super League playoffs.

“We’re pushing for the crowd and really want to get that last home win because, obviously, Tampa is a really tough opponent,” Carolina Ascent FC Forward Mia Corbin told CLTtoday.

“Making wellness accessible and inclusive for all.” That’s the mission behind ONE Fest, Charlotte’s fourth-annual yoga, music, and arts festival happening tomorrow May 17, at Lenny Boy Brewing Co. in South End.

Beginning at 9:30 a.m., yogis can participate in 80+ classes, workshops, and sound healing, plus, do some shopping from an expansive vendor market with live music.

The festival is family-friendly, with field day games, kid-friendly classes, and free admission for children under 12.

General admission starts at $55, with the option to upgrade to an “elevated” ticket for VIP tent access, free chair massages, and food. But if you just want to shop, attending the market is free.

Bonus: Consider dancing under the stars during the Glow Dance Party.

“We’re not just offering yoga and music; we’re curating a space where every person — regardless of their background or ability — can feel seen, supported, and celebrated,” Jasmine Vializ, Co-Founder of ONE Fest, told CLTtoday.
