The scenic green vista of Quail Hollow Club will soon transform into the world’s biggest stage for golf as the 2025 PGA Championship tees off at the historic South Charlotte golf course. The tournament runs from Thursday, May 15, through the championship round on Sunday, May 18.

The Players

The world’s best golfers will compete to win the Wanamaker Trophy, including recent Masters champion Rory McIlroy.

Editor’s note: Charlotte golf fans have certainly shown their love for McIlroy.

Other major names include Scottie Scheffler, Brooks Koepka, Bryson DeChambeau, Justin Thomas, and defending PGA Champion Xander Schauffele.

Tickets

Tickets are sold out for Friday, May 16 and Saturday, May 17. Don’t wait — there are limited tickets left for Thursday, May 15 and Championship Sunday.

For the first time ever, every ticket will be inclusive of food and non-alcoholic drinks — make sure to download the PGA Championships App to access your tickets.

Parking

Tournament visitors will have several parking options, including:

  • Free CATS services for ticket holders on the days corresponding with their ticket.
  • Rideshare offerings — make sure to enter 3700 Gleneagles Rd. into your Uber or Lyft app, and drivers will take you to the designated lot.

The 2025 PGA Shops will offer the largest variety of products ever for fans at a PGA Championship. More than 1,200 different logoed items will be available, including men’s, women’s, and youth apparel, headwear, accessories, and novelty items, from Friday, May 9, through championship Sunday.
