Fresh off the line — these new drinks are ready to quench the Queen City’s thirst.

There’s a new booch on the block. Charlotte Water paired up with Lenny Boy and Town Brewing to launch two drinks using purified recycled water:
Crown Bucha — a raspberry, lemon, and ginger kombucha
Renew Brew Fall Classic Märzen Lager — a malty Oktoberfest-style lager
How does it work? The water gets treated from Charlotte Water’s McDowell Water Resource Recovery Facility, then undergoes state-of-the-art purification, carbon filtering, reverse osmosis, and is tested to be sure it’s ready for consumption.
The drinks are available at the taprooms in Wesley Heights and South End. Bottoms up, Charlotte.
