New renderings for the upcoming Iron District at the former Charlotte Pipe & Foundry site outside Uptown were shared by @cltdevelopment and @wordonthestreetclt. The project will include 150,000+ sqft of retail space, apartments, and office space. Phase one is expected to break ground in early 2026.
