Development

New renderings for the upcoming Iron District at the former Charlotte Pipe & Foundry site outside Uptown were shared by @cltdevelopment and @wordonthestreetclt. The project will include 150,000+ sqft of retail space, apartments, and office space. Phase one is expected to break ground in early 2026.

Prime Fish Cellar is now open at Providence Park. MICHELIN-Awarded Chef Robin Anthony is serving up sushi, nigiri, omakase, plus wine and a sake bar. It’s one of 100+ restaurants that have opened this year.

The Pride of Clover Marching Band from Clover, SC will perform in the 137th Rose Parade in California on Thursday, Jan. 1. The band is the first from SC to appear in the parade in over two decades. (WCNC)
