Olympic swimming is thrilling. Gymnastics has us on the edge of our seats. But there’s another sport to watch during these Olympic games that symbolize grace, discipline, and an unspoken bond: Equestrian. Equestrian involves the disciplines of riding, driving, and vaulting.

Equestrian is comprised of three events in the Summer Olympic Games: dressage, show jumping, and hunter trails.

What’s dressage? A horse is trained to move in harmony to music with their rider.
