Ever dreamed of being on the field for a Panthers game or courtside rooting for the Hornets? Sports fans across the Queen City will soon experience what could be the next best thing.

Upcoming sports lounge Blinders is set to open this spring at 225 W. Tremont Ave. in South End with a 5,500-sqft space, promising the viewing experience of a sportsbook, the energy of a sports bar, and the intimacy of a cocktail lounge.

The 5,500-sqft interior will seat 160 guests, and the heated 1,500-sqft patio will seat up to 50.

Upon walking in, the first thing to catch your eyes will be the showpiece — a giant television screen nearly 60 ft wide and 15 ft tall. Guests will have a pristine, 4K experience to make them feel like they’re part of the action.

Fun fact: Blinders’ 850-sqft screen is believed to be the largest on the East Coast (outside a stadium or casino).

There won’t be a bad seat in the house. The lounge will provide optimal and spacious indoor viewing with a bar area for first-come, first-serve guests + banquette boxes for reservations. When the Panthers return to Bank of America Stadium, take advantage of Charlotte’s fall weather by stepping out onto the outdoor patio and watching al fresco.
