After years of rebuilding, the Carolina Panthers gave Charlotte something it has been craving: a season worth rallying around. From milestone moments on the field to a return to the playoffs, we’re reflecting on what the team accomplished this season.

The Panthers lost in the wild card round — their first postseason appearance since 2017 — to the Los Angeles Rams 34-32 on Jan. 10. While the season may be over, there’s a lot to celebrate, including:

  • Leading the NFC South — thanks, Atlanta.
  • Bryce Young set a franchise record for single-game passing yards
  • Tetairoa McMillan led all rookies in receptions, yards, touchdowns, and first downs
  • Rookie Xavier Legette logged the longest receiving plays of the season.

Want more good news? The team extended contracts for defensive coordinator Ejiro Evero, Taylor Moton, and Jaycee Horn + is expected to pick up Bryce Young’s option for 2027.

One thing is clear: This season didn’t just produce wins — it restored pride in the home team.
