Charlotte can now see what the hype is about. NADC (Not a Damn Chance) Burger, known for its stacked burgers and TikTok cult following, is now open at The Alley at Latta Arcade in Uptown. The Austin-based chain (hey, ATXtoday) is a concept from professional skateboarder Neen Williams and Michelin-starred Chef Phillip Frankland Lee.

“Charlotte shows up for great food and great people,” Neen Williams, co-owner of NADC Burger, told CLTtoday. “It has a crazy good food scene — it’s one of those big cities that people love with southern comfort and culture. Plus, the skateboarding has always been great here.”

Hungry diners can order the NADC burger, a kids’ burger, and sides like beef tallow fries and brown butter chocolate chip cookies.

The signature burger layers Wagyu beef, American cheese, onions, secret sauce, jalapeños, and plenty of pickles on a toasted potato bun. Pro tip: The jalapenos are tame, and if you’re not a pickle fan, it’s OK. The flavors work together perfectly, and hit you with nostalgia.

“It’s the combination of all of the above. It reminds you of being a kid, being at the pool, and eating those burgers that your dad, your mom, or whoever made,” added Williams.

Heading to Uptown on a game day? To celebrate the opening, NADC is offering 10% off your meal through the end of 2025 — just bring your Panthers or Charlotte FC ticket.
