Charlotte restaurants offer new menu options to ring in fall

Charlotte foodies can find brunch menus, wine parties, and tributes to Oktoberfest.

Attention foodies. There’s change happening in Charlotte — and not just the colors in the trees. The fall season is bringing new and limited-time menu items to the Queen City’s food scene + some festive events for your social calendar.

Seasonal specials

  • Midwood Smokehouse
    • Order a smoked then seared Cooper River Farms Bratwurst, paired perfectly with a Wooden Robot’s SmokeFest (Botoberfest)
      • On the menu at all Midwood Smokehouse locations until Monday, Oct. 28.
  • Pinot Party at the Bar at Supperland
    • Guests will taste over a dozen Pinot Noir wines + appetizers at this festive annual party on Sunday, Oct. 20 from 3:30-5:30 p.m.
    • Tickets are $79 per person, available now.
  • Resident Culture South End
    • The brewery’s fall drink menu has arrived, offering cozy drink vibes from the Great Pumpkin Latte, Carrot Cake Matcha, and Five Spice Cappuccino.

New menus

  • State of Confusion
    • Eat, drink, and celebrate a new, vibrant blend of Southern comfort with international twists. Some of the standout new menu items include gator gumbo bowl, gator po’boy, turtle soup, and chocolate bread pudding.
  • VINYL
    • The go-to music-inspired bar and restaurant has debuted its first new menu since 2022, featuring crispy brussel sprouts, chicken wing plates, and garlic bread pizzas.
  • Calle Sol
    • Order tasty new menu options, including salmon bowls, tuna bowls + the Hector’s club sandwich with house-roasted and hard-carved turkey on Cuban bread.
  • The Goodyear House
    • Spice up your brunch plans in this beloved spot in NoDa, munching on breakfast taquitos, waffles, chicken biscuits, and salmon gravlax + some great outdoor seating.
