Are you ready for some football? For the first time in Carolina Panthers’ history, the team is kicking off Training Camp in Uptown on Wednesday, July 24.

Fans are invited to attend 14 free practices at the practice fields outside Bank of America Stadium from now through Thursday, Aug. 15. The sessions end with a joint practice with the New York Jets ahead of the teams’ preseason game on Saturday, Aug. 17.

If you secured your free tickets, here’s everything you need to know:

Where do I park?
Parking spots in garages surrounding Bank of America Stadium can be pre-booked ahead of Training Camp.

There’s also metered on-street parking. If public transportation is more your speed, the Light Rail can be utilized with stops at the Carson, Stonewall, and Convention Center stations.
