A new wellness studio has entered the chat. Pause Studio, a nationwide recovery-focused wellness brand, is now open at the Arboretum on Providence Road — marking the destination’s first location in the Carolinas.

“We started looking at different health, wellness, and lifestyle science-backed models, and this one totally spoke to us,” Co-owner and Charlotte resident Keith Fox told CLTtoday. “We tried everything — cryotherapy, the sauna. They’re all good in different ways.”

The studio offers a menu of treatments designed to help guests relax, recharge, and recover, including infrared saunas, cold plunges, contrast therapy, float therapy, cryotherapy, compression therapy, and IV drips by an on-staff nurse.

A grand opening is scheduled for Saturday, Jan. 10, and services can be booked a la carte or through memberships — pricing starts at $35. Bonus: Packages are 50% off through opening day. Which will you try first?
