You may not expect a fitness class at a massive amphitheater, but Ballantyne is helping to provide something for everyone. On select Wednesdays, workout classes will be available at The Amp, a centerpiece for live performances, festivals, and markets.

Aug. 21 | Evening Flow with Dream Yoga & Wellness
Experience a calming yoga session to enhance flexibility and mindfulness.

Sept. 18 | Pilates with Solid Core
Try Pilates to improve your core and tone muscles.

Oct. 16 | Zumba with Deb
It’s cardio with a rocking beat — follow the steps to break a sweat in this dance-centered workout.

Each workout is $15 + includes free parking. Classes begin at 5:30 p.m at 11115 Upper Ave.

Pro tip: After working out, stop by The Bowl at Ballantyne for dinner or an after-workout treat. Can’t get enough? There’s a unique workout set to 1980s VHS tapes in east Charlotte that’s worth getting the leg warmers for.
